By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the raja22 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using our Services and refrain from creating an Account.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and raja22. Your continued use of our Services following any modifications to these Terms signifies your acceptance of such changes. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

Access to and use of raja22 Services is subject to strict eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following requirements:
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an Account and use raja22 Services. We enforce this requirement through our mandatory KYC verification process. Any User found to be underage will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits refunded minus any bonuses received or bets placed.
You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are acting on behalf of any entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must be a resident of Indonesia or be physically located within Indonesia at the time of accessing raja22 Services. We employ geolocation verification technologies to ensure compliance with this requirement. Users accessing our platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for any legal consequences.
You may maintain only one (1) Account with raja22. Creating multiple Accounts, whether using different credentials, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances contained therein.
Your Account is for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not use raja22 Services for any business purposes, nor may you allow any third party to access or use your Account.
Legal Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of raja22 Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. raja22 makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific location.
To use raja22 Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian ID card or KTP), date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred password.
You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. Failure to provide accurate information or update changed information may result in suspension of your Account and inability to process withdrawals.
raja22 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and requires all Users to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. You will be required to submit clear, legible copies of government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and any additional documentation we may reasonably request.
We reserve the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time and to suspend Account functionality until such documentation is provided and verified. KYC verification typically completes within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, though in certain cases additional time may be required.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity occurring under your Account is your responsibility, and you agree to notify raja22 immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.
raja22 will never request your password via email, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be immediately reported to our security team. We strongly recommend using a unique, complex password that is not used for any other online service, and enabling any additional security features we make available.
raja22 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to your Account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have violated these Terms and Conditions; (b) your Account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (c) you have provided false or misleading information; (d) your Account activity suggests problem gambling behavior; or (e) such action is required by law or regulatory authorities.
raja22 accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata) and electronic wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation by the payment processor. In rare cases where processing delays occur due to technical issues or banking system maintenance, deposits will be credited as soon as the transaction is confirmed. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within two (2) hours, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your raja22 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are your own property. You may not deposit funds obtained through illegal activities or funds belonging to third parties. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds at any time, and failure to provide such documentation may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We will not process withdrawals to any payment method that was not used for deposits, nor will we process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your Account dashboard at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our finance team. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: Bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri typically process within five (5) minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Electronic wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay typically process within fifteen (15) minutes. Withdrawal requests submitted outside banking hours or during Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Before processing your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 4.2. Subsequent withdrawals may be processed without additional verification unless we have reason to request updated documentation.
You may not withdraw funds until you have wagered your deposited amount at least one (1) time. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as detailed in Section 6.
raja22 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that we deem unusual or suspicious. Such checks may delay processing by up to seventy-two (72) hours while our security team investigates the transaction.
raja22 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet service) may impose their own transaction fees, for which raja22 is not responsible. Any such fees will be deducted by the payment provider before funds reach your raja22 Account (for deposits) or your bank account (for withdrawals).
raja22 offers various bonuses and promotions to Users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotional page at the time the bonus is offered.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "20x" means you must wager twenty times the bonus amount). Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe (typically thirty days from bonus credit), after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
Bonuses are available only to Users who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the promotional terms. Generally, bonuses are available once per User, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Users who attempt to claim bonuses through multiple Accounts or fraudulent means will have all Accounts terminated and balances forfeited.
raja22 reserves the right to exclude certain Users from promotional offers at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect bonus abuse or if a User's play patterns suggest they are exploiting promotional offers rather than genuinely enjoying our games.
Different game types contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified: Slots contribute 100%; Sports betting (pre-match) contributes 100%; Live casino games contribute 10%; and certain low-risk betting strategies may be excluded entirely from wagering contributions. You may cancel an active bonus at any time through your Account settings. Upon cancellation, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited, and only your original deposited funds (if any remain) will be available for withdrawal or continued play.
raja22 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings if we determine that the bonus was obtained or used fraudulently, in violation of these Terms, or in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
All Users must play fairly and honestly at all times. Any form of cheating, fraud, collusion with other players, use of automated betting software or "bots," exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other activity that gives a User an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
All games on raja22 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment operated by professional dealers. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are final and binding. raja22 does not manipulate game results and cannot alter outcomes once a game round has commenced.
If a technical malfunction causes a game result to be incorrect or indeterminable, raja22 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund all wagers. However, we are not liable for any losses resulting from network interruptions, software malfunctions, or other technical issues beyond our control.
raja22 imposes minimum and maximum betting limits on all games, which vary by game type and User status (standard vs. VIP). These limits are displayed within each game interface. We reserve the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice, including imposing special limits on individual Users if their play patterns warrant such action.
For sports betting, including football betting (bandar bola), all wagers are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant sporting body or competition organizer. If a match is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before completion, bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules.
raja22 reserves the right to void any sports bet if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome of the event has been influenced by fraudulent activity, match-fixing, or other integrity violations, regardless of the official result.
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using raja22 Services. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deducting any pending bonuses or wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Please note that Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Account immediately and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of our platform. In such cases, we may forfeit any or all balances in your Account.
Additionally, raja22 reserves the right to terminate any Account that has been inactive (no login or gameplay activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. We will attempt to notify you via email before closing an inactive Account, but it is your responsibility to maintain current contact information.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, raja22 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
raja22 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. We are not liable for any interruption of Services due to maintenance, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, raja22's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall raja22's total liability to you exceed the amount of deposits you made to your Account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and best practices. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and raja22.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, raja22 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or confidential information.
